With the Dad’s water tank mounted in the rear seat area straddling the transmission tunnel, we considered a few options for routing the intercooler system’s water-feed-and-return lines. Due to concern about fluid passing through the ’Stang’s cabin, the decision was made to transfer water below the car using a series of AN -10 bulkheads and 90-degree fittings mounted in the pocket of space below the rear-seat riser.
