Just in case you are wondering what a KB Coyote blower looks like polished, here’s a peep. Kenne Bell has outfitted the new 5.0 blower kit to handle any power level you want. Entry-level kits start just below 8 pounds of boost; inlet options (larger throttle bodies, mainly) are the main tuning upgrade besides pulleys. As we went to press, Kenne Bell was finishing up the driveability tune on its 5.0 Coyote kit. Ken Christley, KB’s head wrench, was bubbling about the blown Coyote’s personality. “It reminds me of an ’04 Cobra,” he said. “It doesn’t feel like it makes that much torque, but it makes a $#@!load of power!
