A stock S197 shock tower incorporates one round and one slotted hole in addition to its four bearing-retainer stud holes. Maximum uses the slotted hole for its ingenious fifth stud-the one that locks caster while allowing camber adjustment. Installing the Maximum plate involves removing the wheel and tire, undoing the lower strut bolts, and removing these four nuts to take off the strut assembly. View Related Article
