An 11mm wrench and an Allen wrench are the only tools needed to attach the EGS tach to G-Tech's unique, TRIVAC mounting bracket. The bracket enables us to position the gauge virtually anywhere in or on the Mustang, as long as there's a flat, hard surface that is suitable for the suction cups. Note the black, rubbery surround that rings the unit: This shock-absorbing material is called Santoprene, and it protects the device's internals from severe vibrations and harsh environments.
