The stock plugs (left) in Phillip's engine showed signs of attempting (and not doing too good a job of it) to burn gas that had water in it (note the rust). We were surprised when we saw the dirt, rust, and hints of a lean air/fuel mixture. The combination of problems certainly contributes to the engine's poor performance, with boost and without it.
