Here is the new motor, pulled from an '00 E-150 van that was wrecked with only 4,000 miles on it. It should be a nice improvement over the 98,000-mile 4.6 currently residing in the project car. When looking for a motor, make sure it has the newer P.I. heads on it. They are much improved over the original design. The 5.4 picked up 30 hp with that change.
