The Roush 200 ports are shipped as-cast, which leaves them pebbly for sure, but surprisingly free of sharp edges or abrupt transitions. The valve guide bosses are plenty thick, an area in which Roush says its upcoming aluminum castings should have a natural advantage. No doubt a skilled individual holding a grinder would work some good here, but let's not forget these ports made 465 hp just after this photo was taken. View Related Article
