Rick lowers the completed Super Victor intake manifold onto the D.S.S. 427X Plus long-block. Holley’s 120-lb/hr fuel injectors (PN 522-128) are a tad bit overkill for this application (90s would be perfect), but Rick doesn’t forsee any tuning problems using the Dominator EFI processor, as it features 12 sequentially driven injector drivers (peak and hold). Notice the Air Charge Temperature sensor in the number-five runner of the intake? As a carbureted manifold, the Super Victor does not include a provision for this sensor. Carefully drilling and tapping a hole (before installing the intake) is required. The ECU is capable of monitoring and logging any data source that is associated with an electronic sensor.
