While the bypass valve is mounted right at the blower discharge, the stock mass air sensor is relocated into a 98mm mass air housing that is placed in-line between the intercooler and throttle body. Just prior to the mass air sensor, the Vortech kit utilizes a honeycomb-patterned flow straightener to tame the air before it is measured by the Copperhead PCM. View Related Article
