Most of the turbo system’s hot-side piping is visible underneath the car, including the open pipe venting exhaust gasses from the massive 64mm Precision Turbo wastegate. Also present are the BMR K-member, FRPP driveshaft, and UPR’s Pro Series rear suspension.

Topped by Fox Lake-ported Three-Valve heads with factory camshafts, a forged 5.0-liter stroker rides in the cast-iron Explorer block. However, the real star of the show here is the 82mm ball-bearing turbo by Turbonetics. It force-feeds the custom sheetmetal intake, bolted to a Whipple lower intake manifold with an integrated air-to-water intercooler. Surplus boost is released by an ATI ProCharger Race bypass valve and recirculated after the draw-through 95mm Sniper mass air sensor.
