Unlike the '10 GT500, only the Performance Pack version of the GT500 receives a Gurney flap on its wing. Even that has been tweaked. Several parts-like the extended belly pan, revised wing, and such-were added to make the '11 GT500 more slippery through the air than its predecessor. Likewise, an incremental increase in the exhaust-pipe diameter to 2.75 inches resulted in a 38-percent reduction in backpressure.
