Vortech Blown 1993 Ford Mustang Radiator Unit

The reservoir with the lid is filled full of ice and topped off with water, which will be pumped through the radiator unit inside the T-3000 Precision intercooler. The hot boosted charge from the turbocharger enters through the bottom of the box, goes through the icy radiator, exits out the top, and into the engine intake manifold. Sean also runs the transmission lines through the intercooler to keep the fluids cool, which can be especially helpful if any issues on the track require you to shut down after a burnout until the track issue is resolved. Notice the sensor, which keeps constant air charge temperature data, a critical tuning aid. View Related Article
