Part of the Bullitt's allure was a retro interior that included seat upholstery and gauge fonts resembling those from 1968. Joey has chosen to leave well enough alone in those departments, deviating from stock in a minimal manner. The obvious upgrade is the Auto Meter monster tach and A-pillar boost gauge, but less apparent is the stereo system consisting of a Sony head unit, Directed Audio pre-amp and dual amplifiers, JL Audio 12-inch subwoofer, and a quartet of JL speakers. Speed of Sound put together the panel below the Sony CD player-home to the switchgear for the line lock, nitrous purge, nitrous arming, and fuel pump.
