For those of you wondering, letting a Vortech V-7 YS-Trim with a cog-driven 2.75-inch pulley inject about 18 psi of boost into a stroked, 401-inch, race-prepped Windsor will send 840 hp and 710 lb-ft to the wheels on 91-octane. Said power is hard on transmissions but is still not enough for Glenn Terlizzi, who wants to substitute twin 76mm turbos and his company's new water-to-air intercooler. Glenn expects 1,200 to 1,400 rear-wheel horsepower. We expect he'll break more transmissions.
