In the Hellion Power Systems pits, it’s a team effort, bro. John Urist’s significant other, Melissa Leslie, always helps crew member Mike Rousch in making sure everything’s a go for the next pass. John is nowhere to be found in this shot. No doubt he’s at the back of the trailer shaking babies and kissing hands. Speaking of go, John qualified with a 7.123 at 196 mph, winning the rain-shortened Atco race over Andrew DeMarco in the process.
