In 2009, "vehicle interior" proved to be one of the major gray areas in the few rules of the Castrol Syntec Top Car Challenge. While we believe the regulations say and mean all entries must have interior pieces such as door panels, two seats, and carpet, competitors from the import sector didn't see things the same way.
