The number of S197s at this year's show was impressive. This GT wassporting an array of appearance products, including some nice Foosewheels and the Air Raid C.A.I.  What's wrong, Lassie? The Year One experience is one of the most family--andpet--friendly events you can go to if you're into cars.  With all the spectacular late-model...  With all the spectacular late-model Mustangs around, this girl wasoverwhelmed to the point of collapse. We had former 5.0&SF tech editorand current Mustang & Fords Editor Mark Houlahan wave one of his dirtysocks under her nose, which revived her quickly and scorched her nosehairs. Back at the autocross, this guy was trying to drive his Mustang like an F-150.  DynoMax was on hand with its...  DynoMax was on hand with its Power to the Wheels dyno tour. The tourgives people a chance to chassis dyno their cars against others from allacross the country for a chance to compete for a $25,000 prize. Thewinners from each event will be brought to the '07 SEMA show in LasVegas for the final showdown, where the winner will get the cash. Thisformer KOTS contestant goes for the top prize at the year oneexperience.  Taking entry forms and consoling... During theawards ceremony on Sunday, we caught Mark Houlahan in a shamelessattempt to pimp his magazine and convince people the wave of the futurein custom Fords will be Mustang IIs, Mavericks, and late-'70s Fairmonts.  Before we left the Year One...  Before we left the Year One Experience, we made it back to the autocrossto see the Air Ride Forza Challenge Mustang peeling around the cornersand showing off what a full air suspension can do for a car's handling.Handing the keys back to Bret at the end of the weekend was painful tosay the least.
