Thanks to Ford Racing's new Big-Bore blocks, the last thing you'll be is bored. With a 302 Boss, a 9.2-inch-deck 351 Boss, and a 9.5-inch 351 Boss Big Bore block, your Mustang won't be lacking cubic inches. With the 9.5-inch 351 Boss block, 460 ci are possible, which is the basis for Ford Racing's new 460 small-block crate engine. The 302 Boss version is capable of stretching out to 363 ci. Cast from diesel-grade iron with Siamese bores, thick cylinder walls and decks, these big-bore Boss blocks are said to be far superior to any Ford production block.

'Back It Up
With the '11-'14 Mustang GT, probably the easiest bolt-on you can add is an after-cat exhaust. You can swap out the old, and add the new in roughly 45 minutes. MBRP is hoping you choose the Street or Race version of its after-cat exhaust. Both are designed as 100-percent bolt-in parts. A one-piece extension and over-axle pipes allow for easy installation. MBRP states it dyno-tunes these after-cat exhausts for maximum performance, and its kits produce as much as twice the flow rate over stock.
We recently had an up close and personal look at Centerforce's DYAD DS multi-disc clutch for a project car, and was blown away. Now this clutch is available for '09-'13 Shelby GT500s. The clutch package includes a pressure plate, disc set, floater, low-inertia steel flywheel, alignment tool, hydraulic bearing, and hardware. This multi-disc system replaces the factory clutch with a higher holding capacity system designed for smooth engagement and light pedal effort. The clutch is said to corral up to 1,300 lb-ft of torque at the flywheel, and comes pre-assembled for your convenience.
Perhaps your '11-'14 Shelby GT500 needs a little help in the fuel delivery department, what are your options? JMS Chip and Performance would like for you to check out its PowerMax FuelMax fuel pump voltage booster. The system is designed for plug-and-play option, with as much as an 80-percent increase in fuel delivery, according to JMS. The booster is designed to increase regulated voltage without increased noise with an output rating of 21 amps at 18 or 21 volts. The product will operate with an input voltage between 9.5 and 19 volts DC with the lowest voltage drop at 0.05 volts. Output voltage is controlled by a simple knob that adjusts up to 21 volts. You can also control the ramp-in and ramp-out rate to correct or eliminate fuel pressure spikes to maximize performance and fuel delivery.
With all the power available at the click of a mouse, your Mustang needs braking power, as well. Summit Racing now has these StopTech drilled or slotted rotors in Mustang applications. StopTech rotors are fully machined, inspected, and mill- balanced to reduce vibration and increase resistance to heat. Most rotors have StopTech's corrosion-resistant E-coat finish on both sides of the hat, inside the cooling vanes, and on the outside edge. This finish reduces the accumulation of rust that can cause runout issues, hamper the brake's performance, and accelerate brake-pad wear.

At some point in your Mustang life, you're going to need an assortment of silicone hoses, especially if engine swaps are in your future. Burns Stainless has silicone hoses, couplers, reducers, and the like, to get fluids, or air, where they need to be.
